Pasta Technologist
Zinetti Food Products requires an experienced Pasta Technologist to ensure the safe, efficient operation, cleaning of and running adjustments of the pasta lines. Understanding the dough mixing and gluten development during the dough making process is critical. The responsibilities will include the maintenance of prescribed quantity and quality of product produced, as well as the troubleshooting of basic machine performance, making necessary adjustments and calling for additional resources as required.
